Chocolate fondue(巧克力蛋糕心太软)

Ingredient Group 1
-50g Butter
-50g of Lindt Dark Chocolate 72%
-Melt both items using the steam boil method* and leave it until it cools down.

-look at the double boil method

Ingredient Group 2
-1 full egg
-1 egg yolk
-50g caster sugar

-Whisk items together until light and foamy
-Then add it into group1 and mix well

Ingredient Group 3
-50g Plain flour
-Sieved the flour slowly to the mixture of group 1 and 2 and mix it well
-Take the baking cups and grease it with butter
-Sprinkle the baking cups with cocoa powder
-Put the mixture into the baking cups
-Bake the mixutre at a temperature of 180 degree celcius for 10mins to 12 mines*

*remember to preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius
